Join Annie Margarita (See my full profile at http://usa.myclasses.co/educator/W2xiV/) for a 5 day painting class in the Mckenzie River Valley October 14-18, 2019.

Monday: Guests arrive at the McKenzie River Inn around 5:00pm and settle into the cabins. After a welcome dinner with spouses/friends, Annie discusses painting styles and students get evaluated with their portfolios in the studio.

Tuesday:    After a restful night at the McKenzie River Inn, all guests join  Annie for breakfast and then she takes Students into the field to do quick sketches and plein air paintings. Students are encouraged to bring a camera, documenting their scenes and capturing more reference photos for studio work.  Picnic lunch is served on location, weather permitting. Gourmet dinner at the Inn with all guests.

Thursday: Delicious breakfast at the Inn, then Annie teaches Students how to expand upon one field drawing or painting in the studio, finishing one or more paintings. iPads are a valuable tool for working from photos, or prints can be made on the inn printer for use in the studio.  Lunch is served in the studio garden. Gourmet dinner at the Inn with all guests.

Friday: This morning after breakfast, review and critique of paintings.  Departure.

5 day 4 nights workshop $2,175. per person or per couple  $2,450. (excludes class for second person) and per two students sharing cabin $3,450. ($1,725 each Best Value).  These packages include private cabin, 3 gourmet meals a day and class, plus excursions.
